Training Class is the easiest and fastest way of becoming familiar with the tools you need to work effectively and efficiently.

Computer Resources offers classes taught by an ACT! Certified Consultant. We provide state-of-the-art laptops for each student's use, pre-loaded with the latest version of ACT! and all of the office software. You also get the ACT! Course Guide, a laminated Cheat Sheet, and a keyboard template.

Becoming an ACT! Power User - Agenda (requires pdf reader)
   A full day class designed for beginners, and not-so-beginners who want to move to the next level.
   Learn about the tools that make ACT! the most popular contact manager, and become more
   organized and on top of your daily schedule. Topics include basic and advanced lookups, email
   integration, document templates, mail merges, and more... for ACT! 2005 - 2010 users.

Becoming an ACT! Administrator - Agenda (requires pdf reader)     
   A full day class for administrators and managers who need to keep their team organized. Take
   control to a whole new level. You will learn about workstation and server installations, user
   management, database security, synchronization setup and remote database maintenance, synch
   troubleshooting, and more... for ACT! 2005 - 2010 administrators.
